Our Story
Treasure in Clay-Jar Restoration Ministries was born out of nearly eight years of dedicated prison ministry experience by its founder, Oluwatoyin Alao. During this period, she observed a troubling pattern: many young people were being incarcerated for minor and preventable offences.
Beneath these cases lay deeper societal challenges: poverty, lack of mentorship, limited access to education, and the absence of early moral guidance. This reality sparked a powerful conviction that to break cycles of hardship, intervention must begin early.
From this burden emerged a clear mission — to strengthen character, provide opportunity, and prevent incarceration before it begins.
Today, the organisation stands as a beacon of hope, committed to nurturing potential, restoring dignity, and building safer communities across Nigeria.
